Bacon Cheddar Buffalo Wings. They are pretty much my new favorite game-day recipe. Why? Because who doesn't love wings + cheese + bacon. It's a pretty perfect combination if you ask me. Throw on a side of homemade ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing and a few crispy stalks of celery and call it a day.

An overhead shot of a black colored rectangular platter with bacon cheddar topped chicken wings, with a small bowl of ranch and celery, along with glasses of beer and plates with wings and celery served on the side.

You can freeze chicken wings in general up to 2-3 months, while its not very recommended for this recipe because it will lose some of the texture. If you do freeze thaw them in the fridge before eating and heat them through in an oven or air fryer.

FAQs

What are some tips to get the crispiest and perfect wings?

Be sure to properly grease your baking sheet, in order to prevent the wings from sticking. Make sure you pat the chicken wings dry to avoid excess moisture when cooking them. Also, keep an eye when they are about to be done so you do not over-cook them, you are also supposed to put them back for a few to melt the cheese.

Can I add your everyday seasoning to these wings?

Absolutely! You can use my everyday seasoning blend to these wings and it will taste delicious. Also be sure to check out my lemon pepper parmesan wings.
