Breakfast Bowls // 5 Ways

Jump to Recipe

Give me something that I can spin 5 ways and I'm a happy camper. I've done it with toast, avocado toast, acai bowls, smoothies, and today it's Breakfast Bowls. Specifically a breakfast yogurt bowl.

I like to keep things interesting in the mornings so I never get bored and having everything on hand to whip up these breakfast bowls is my current situation.

You'll need a few basic items to start....

First - your favorite kind of yogurt. I'm partial to anything vanilla flavored. You can go sweetened or unsweetened - whatever you're preference. If all I have it unsweetened greek yogurt on hand, I'll give it a squeeze of agave nectar on top!

Second - granola or muesli. Something to give the bowl a bit of a crunch. Pick your favorite brand and go for it! I've been using the Kellogg's Muesli and love it.

Third - Fruit! I keep things interesting by switching up the fruit I add into my breakfast bowl every morning. Sometimes I go with my childhood favorite for a strawberry banana situation. I'll get tropical with mangos and kiwis, summery with cherries and peaches... feel free to get creative! Here are my 5 favorites for you to try at home!

  1. What a beautiful presentation of healthy breakfast food, I would love to eat each of them! Do you have any tips on how to slice a mango so neatly?

    1. yes!! first - you need a super sharp knife! then you just peel the mango, slice off a large piece, and then thinly slice it into 1/8 inch pieces and fan it out accordingly!

    2. Thank you so much for the tip! I will give it a try - hope it looks as beautiful as yours!
