Cheesecake has always been one of my favorite desserts ever since I was a little girl and we would go to Cheesecake Factory!! I was always so intimated to make a cheesecake up until about 2 years ago and now its one of my go-to dishes!! I always thought it took hours and hours to make and then there was 1 little cheesecake disaster that I’m still scared from. But now I am a cheesecake making machine! Check out the video and hopefully it will make the art of making a cheesecake feel much easier!

Gaby, I also love cheesecake!! It’s the first dessert everyone always asks me to make when we have a get together! Your recipe is similar to mine except that I put a sour cream topping on mine instead of in the mix. I also top it with fresh strawberries, kiwis or raspberries. Will definitely try your recipe!
