Hi Mary! You could absolutely freeze these. I would make the recipe, roll them into balls and then freeze. Then when it’s time to bake them, take them out of the freeze and let them thaw completely and then just dust with powdered sugar and serve!

Can these be frozen? If so should I freeze before rolling them in powdered sugar?
