A lot of fabulousness happened this year at What’s Gaby Cooking! I started filming my own online cooking show! I did a huge re-haul on the website thanks to TCDawsonDesigns. I was fortunate enough to speak at both BlogherFood in San Francisco and BlogWorld in Las Vegas. Spend an amazing week at IACP in Portland. There were lots of other fun little things along the way, but one of the best parts of this blog this year, has been getting to spend quality time with my blog family who I love dearly.
To wrap up 2011 with a cocktail and a toast to my blog family seemed like the perfect thing to do! This step by step video on how to make a Citrus Fizz Punch, (which might I add is an absolute MUST make for any cocktail fiesta this New Years Eve) is simple, fairly inexpensive and its a sure way to ring in the new year! Just mix a little prosecco with some juices and call it a day! Throw in some frozen fruit, cause you’re fancy like that, and sit back and enjoy celebrating your New Years Eve no matter how to plan to spend it! Me? I’ll be spending it with friends somewhere where there is lots of Prosecco or Champagne and of course a bowl of Guacamole!
So here’s a little toast to my blogging family. I love each and every one of you. After graduating college 2.5 years ago and working at a company where there was no team spirit and low morale (thank goodness I’m not there anymore) – its an absolute joy to wake up in the morning, go to work/sit in front of my computer in my kitchen cooking, and spend my day with all of you! You all mean the world to me and I can’t imagine a more supportive and inspiring group of people. I hope you all have a fantastic and safe New Years!! Now make this cocktail STAT!
xoxo

I love the colors in this punch. I could easily drink the whole pitcher but that would be a poor idea! Looks great Gaby. Happy New Year! xxoo

What a fun cocktail, Gaby! Prosecco makes anything special, doesn’t it? I wish you much success in 2011.
