I love breakfast and brunch parties! Obviously they are a little different than the typical dinner party and I love being able to show off different skills and breakfast/brunch foods. I never thought to add whipped egg whites to pancakes – I can’t imagine how fluffy they are. I am a complete chocolate chip addict too – they are so good in pancakes. I love mashed bananas too.
I use a recipe very similar to this and think the egg whites make all the difference. I’m a plain jane pancake eater!
