This past weekend I was in Tucson with my fam! We threw my mom a surprise birthday party and relaxed poolside… and it was fabulous! After getting back to LA early Sunday morning I headed off to do a dinner party for 35 people! whew…. I am exhausted! I’ll be posting some of the goodies I made but for today I wanted to share something easy and simple but so delicious!!
This garlic bread takes about 2 minutes to prep and only 8 minutes in the oven and when you take it out your entire house will smell like a fabulous bakery!
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf Ciabatta bread
- butter
- 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
- paprika for dusting
- 1/4 cup chives
Cut the Ciabatta bread into 2 long halves and liberally spread the butter on both sides. Evenly distribute the garlic and then dust each side with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes or until the butter has melted and the edges of the bread become crunchy. Sprinkle with chives and serve warm!

I never think to make garlic bread… always just pick up a loaf and put out a blob of butter. Garlic bread is much more appetizing looking! Love that you used ciabatta.
This looks really good. I can just see all the nooks and crannies in the ciabatta capturing the garlic and herb butter.
Love your garlic bread. I don't like that icky bread that most stores sell, it grosses me out! This I can do! Glad you had fun in AZ!
This looks so good. I never consider garlic bread until the last minute, usually when my hubs asks if we are going to have it just as dinner is hitting the table.
I'll definitely pull this one out, I'll be a hero!
this looks great! I love garlicb read.. I like to put a little crushed red pepper on mine too.
Sounds like you had a lot of fun this weekend. Happy Belated Birthday to your mom!
I love garlic bread like nobody's business, especially if it comes alongside a giant plate of pasta – any kind of pasta!
I love garlic bread! Great site!!
