Another week, another meal plan!! Let’s do it! I just got back from glamping all weekend and I’m STARVING.
Sunday – Pulled Pork Burgers – it’s a winner! And it makes for leftover lunches throughout the week!
Monday – Ginger Scallion Chicken Wraps. OMG. If you guys haven’t made these yet, get on board. They are beyond.
Tuesday – Sesame Noodle Salad – as it reads currently it’s a veggie dish, but you could add some shredded up rotisserie chicken if you want some extra protein.
Wednesday – Chicken Shawarma Stuffed Pitas with ALL THE TZATZIKI please!
Thursday – Cheesy Baked Gnocchi – it’s almost Friday!! I’ll be patiently waiting the weekend with a big bowl of this!
For a little sweet treat how about a batch of the best chocolate chip cookies on earth!
