Where To Eat in Napa

Jump to Recipe

This past weekend I was whisked away to Napa with some of my fellow food and travel blogging friends to experience everything Napa had to offer.

We had a busy weekend that consisted of dining at some of Napa's best restaurants, hot air ballooning over Napa Valley and visiting and touring some of the most amazing wineries around.

One of the highlights of this trip was hands down the food. Napa is home to some of the most amazing restaurants and I wanted to share my list of not to miss restaurants and some of the amazing food we had at each! There are literally hundreds to choose from, but I've picked out a few of my favorites...

On our first night we went to Oenotri! It was swanky and fun and the vibe was great!

This fingerling and fontina pizza was out of this world!! The dough was perfection and the toppings were fab!
The pasta with a pork ragu and a boatload of freshly grated parmesan was live changing. I would like to eat that every single day of my life! Especially when it's cold out and you need a little bit of comfort food!

The second we walked into the door, I felt like I was in Vegas! And that is absolutely not a bad thing! The crowd was way hip and the atmosphere was hot! People were there to have a good time and throw a bit of a party! The cocktails were great and the food was soooo good!

Last, but certainly not least was my meal at Auberge de Soleil. We went for brunch and it was basically the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun brunch.

It's the perfect place to escape for a little brunch with a loved one.

This rhubarb coffee cake was life changing. And I wanted to take at least 5 of these little suckers home with me!
Perhaps the most memorable meal of the entire weekend. These Huevos Rancheros were epic. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the avocado to salso to bean ratio was just perfect. And we all know how I feel about my avocado ratio to other items on my place!!

And next time I go back, I'll be sure to get reservations at....

Ad Hoc

The French Laundry

These were all highly recommended and I can't wait to try them next time!

  3. I was just in Napa for a day on Friday and we had dinner at Celadon which I HIGHLY recommend as well. One of the best meals I've had in a while from service, to atmosphere, to food.
