If you're feeling extra festive and want to make the sugared rosemary - here's the drill! Dip the rosemary sprigs in water, then generously sprinkle with superfine sugar. Let them dry on a parchment paper lined baking sheet for about 1 hour and then use as needed.

Ready to make your own? Here’s what you need: champagne or sparkling wine, pomegranate juice, club soda and lime wedges. Fill a glass with ice then pour in ½ cup of champagne or sparkling wine. Top with ¼ cup of pomegranate juice and add a splash of club soda. Serve with a lime wedge for squeezing over the drink. Enjoy! Whether you’re ringing in the new year at home or out on the town, this pink spritzer is sure to please party guests of all ages. Raise a glass and toast to 2018 – may it be filled with health, happiness and lots of delicious cocktails!

Done and done! How easy is that! Pom Champagne Spritzers for the win! And you can double / triple / quadruple the recipe as needed depending on how many cocktails are required! Happy New Year
