This week is insane on my end! Anyone else feeling the same? We’re starting a massive new project this morning (tune into snapchat and insta for the details) and I need to be organized more than ever! So let’s get this weeks meal plan ironed out so the week is slightly less stressful!!
Monday – Avocado and Chicken Fajita Cobb Salad. The main course salads are coming out in full force these days and this is one of them!
Tuesday – Chicken Stuffed Pita are on the agenda for tonight! It’s half salad / half protein so all you need for dinner is rolled up into 1 wrap!
Wednesday – We’re celebrating getting through hump day with this Cheesy Baked Gnocchi! It’s most vegetarian, leave out the pancetta if you’re veg only! Obviously it goes great with my go-to Green Monster Salad!
and some Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies for your sweet tooth this week 🙂
