There are a handful of meal plans and menus coming your way this week! First lets get through the beginning of the week – and then lets tackle Easter Brunch!!
Monday – Caesar Salad Hot Dogs are the name of the game. It’s easy to make and makes everyone happy, no matter what your age! And since yesterday was the official first day of spring – these make sense!
Tuesday – Chicken Stuffed Pita are on the agenda for tonight! It’s half salad / half protein so all you need for dinner is rolled up into 1 wrap!
Wednesday – We’re celebrating getting through hump day with this Cheesy Baked Gnocchi! It’s most vegetarian, leave out the pancetta if you’re veg only! Obviously it goes great with my go-to Green Monster Salad!
and some Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies for your sweet tooth this week 🙂
