Happy New Year!! Is everyone fully recovered from all NYE festivities? I am and I’m ready to cleanse from all those Christmas cookies and holiday cocktails. Whew! Bring on the salads and juice cleansing all around healthy recipes.

    Oh man, thanks for all these recipes, especially the quinoa ones! i’ve been wanting to incorporate more quinoa into my diet, but couldn’t really find any recipes that i liked. these will be a good start!
