Chocolate Chip S'mookies are totally hot right now.

Chocolate Chip S'mookies

I actually made that up. But they should be. We should all be whipping up these Chocolate Chip S'mookies for Labor Day this weekend and savoring the last few days of summer.

Which, by the way, is totally crazy. How is summer almost over? Thank goodness I live in LA and we kinda sorta have summer for another month or so. I refuse to whip out my fall wardrobe quite yet. Although I did just get a fabulous new pair of boots so I'm a little excited to start rocking those on a regular basis. But enough about that, these Chocolate Chip S'mookies are a game changed.

Imagine the best s'more in the entire world and then pair it with the best chocolate chip cookie in the entire universe and get ready for your mind to explode. That's how pumped I am about this dessert. I know you guys are going to love these. So whip up a batch of cookie dough, make some cookies, and get ready to assemble some Chocolate Chip S'mookies this weekend.

  1. Hi Gaby! Just saw this recipe in your cookbook and want to make it for a dinner party this weekend. Do you know if I can freeze the sammies with the marshmallow fluff? The recipe yields more than I need for the party!
