Garlic Wedge Fries are happening!

Last weekend I was on a bit of a french fry rampage! They just seemed to appear at every meal and while they were all totally delicious, none of them had ANYTHING on these Garlic Wedge Fries!

Literally at every single meal in Argentina last month included fries. I'm not even sure how it happened. It certainly wasn't me ordering them with every meal 🙂 While they were all delicious and crispy and perfectly salted - they were missing something... GARLIC + HERBS! Doused in ketchup preferably. Although you could use ranch for dipping too and I wouldn't be mad.

My Garlic Wedge Fry recipe is 100% addicting. Sorry in advance. These are drizzled with olive oil and garlic and then topped with herbs after roasted! Dip them in ketchup or ranch as you pop one after the other into your mouth and just sit back and know that these are going to be your new go-to! Disregard the fact that you might radiate garlic for a few hours afterwards, they are totally worth it! Get 'em on your menu! Garlic Wedge Fries for the win. The only thing I would say you can do to mix it up is trying it with sweet potatoes, yes thats my garlic herb sweet potato fries recipe!

Great as an appetizer with some sliders on a game day and a great snack just on their own, these garlic wedge fries are truly perfection!

  1. 5 stars
These are so addictive and one of my top 5 Gaby recipes (tough competition!)!! These are easy to make and go with nearly anything - burgers, roast chicken, steak, you name it!

  2. Hi Gaby,
These look delicious! I want to make them tonight with your Grilled Skirt Steak. One question, the recipe calls for the garlic to be added after the potatoes are cooked, but your description makes is sound like they should be added with the olive oil before going into the oven. Which way would you say is best? Thanks!

  3. very delicious recipe..would you kindly forward to me your recipe for the red and white sauce shown on the photo..many thanks

  4. Yes...please let us know what kind of potatoes you all used! Want to make this weekend so HURRY!

  5. I will make these, they look delicious. But one caveat: I won't use a ziploc bag to marinate the fries. Those bags are not recyclable and just end up in landfills! Please encourage your many readers to be environmentally conscious.

  6. OMG These DELICIOUS wedge fries were DELICIOUS! Just gave them a try tonight for dinner, as we were grilling steaks and had a salad to go with it but baked potatoes are something our daughter doesn't like at all --- she's not a potato fan at all, unless it is fried and crispy. She loved them! Definitely will make these again and again and again......:)

  7. I have been having french fry withdrawal since returning from Belgium where fries are served with EVERYTHING!! This looks like it will solve the problem!!
