  1. Congratulations on 2012 and wishing you a happy, successful, healthy new year. And this is a great way to start out the healthy part. Thanks for bringing me back to some of these favorites!

    1. Spinach smoothies are sooo good! Pack in those veggies and you get a fun bright green color!

    1. I know me too!! It’s so easy to throw fruits and veggies in and then you’re good to go!

  2. Gaby you are such an inspiration. I am NOT kidding when I say I want to cook my way through this list of yours.

Your 2013 is going to rock, I just know it!! I’m so happy we met this summer….stay in touch!

  3. You included some of my favorite What’s Gaby Cooking recipes in this list, too. A great idea to kick off 2013 right! So glad 2012 was a happy year for you. I can’t wait to see your cookbook this year, and all the other joys 2013 will bring. Happy New Year!

  4. MORE KALE SALADS!!!! Your Kale Salad recipe started me on a kale kick about a year ago and it has not waned. One yummy variation that’d recommend is feta, roasted butternut squash and toasted pumpkin seeds YUMMMMM DO IT!!!! (used your same dressing but added a bit of maple syrup :))
