We’re throwing a 22 person Friendsgiving on Sunday and it’s going to be NUTS. I mean, can I even fit that many people into my house? We’ll find out! This year I was all about delegating. I’m handling the turkey, gravy, stuffing and a Spritz Bar… everything else is on everyone else!

So here’s the situation - when there are THAT many people coming over, everything needs to be prepped ahead of time. There needs to be an appetizer station, the main courses need to be prepped and in the oven by the time guests arrive and the cocktail situation needs to be FAR away from the kitchen so people can make their own drinks and not get in the way of anything going in/out of the oven. And my favorite way to do a cocktail station is a Spritz Bar! It’s everything you need to make your own spritz. There’s an assortment of hard alcohol, plenty of fresh fruit, herbs for garnish and the most important ingredient because it’s what actually gives the spritz flavor… IZZE! (also side note I’m obsessed with all the sparkling IZZE products so when they asked if I wanted to team up to do some recipes this month it was a no-brainer!)  The juices are my jam because it’s a combo of juice AND sparkling water which is what makes a spritz a spritz in the first place. And who doesn’t love some bubbles this time of year!

Below you’ll find the 4 flavors I’m going for and hopefully they’ll inspire some gorgeous creations on your end! Once you’ve got all the ingredients prepped and ready to go, just lay everything out on a bar or countertop and let your guests do their thing! Grapefruit + Thyme Spritz
1 part hard alcohol (gin or vodka)
3 parts IZZE Sparkling Grapefruit
sliced grapefruit
fresh thyme springs

Clementine + Oranges + Blood Orange Spritz
1 part hard alcohol (gin or vodka)
3 parts IZZE Sparkling Clementine
sliced clementines
sliced oranges
sliced blood oranges

Apple + Pear + Thyme Spritz
1 part hard alcohol (gin or vodka)
3 parts IZZE Sparkling Apple
sliced apples (give these a spritz of lemon juice if you are going to prep them ahead of time so they don’t brown)
sliced pears (give these a spritz of lemon juice if you are going to prep them ahead of time so they don’t brown)

Pomegranate + Rosemary Spritz
1 part hard alcohol (gin or vodka)
3 parts IZZE Sparking Pomegranate
pomegranate seeds
fresh rosemary leaves
