Happy Sunday Everyone! If you're weekend was anything like mine, it included a lot of grilling and cookies! So keeping it generally light and bright this week!

Sunday - These Chicken Gyros are on deck tonight! It's a salad and a bowl and I love it so!

Monday - Salmon Shawarma Bowls loaded with freshly made pita chips, tzatziki and a quick herb salad are the name of the game for Monday! If you missed my Passover menu, make sure to bookmark it as Passover starts Monday for those who celebrate!

Tuesday - I'm making Poppy's favorite: steak bites!! Rather than polenta this time, I'll serve them with some easy cilantro rice and guacamole!

Wednesday - Orange Chicken is happening tonight. Feels right.

Thursday - PIZZA NIGHT! BLT Flatbread / Pizza is happening. Half salad / half pizza! Just really into that BLT life right now.

Friday - Chicken Tinga Tacos for family dinner! We're favorite friends over and this feeds a crowd!

  5. Love the recipes and really want make a few of them. However I am in the UK and a cup or half a cup means nothing to me as we have cups of so very many different sizes. Help!!!!

    1. Pravina, you can get cup measurement sets in most British supermarkets or even as a measurement in a Tala measurer! Good luck!

    2. You can Google conversions it’s so easy! I’ve done it lots. Or I think there are conversion apps for that.
