Ummmm where did July go? How is it almost August? I'm thinking we should go all out for the rest of summer! Get ready for a week packed full of summer inspired dinners and some sweet treats too

Monday - Keeping things light tonight because it's Monday and we gotta make it through the week 🙂 Heirloom Tomato and Goat Cheese Salad and some chicken Shish Kebabs!

Tuesday - Pizza night tonight!! Green Pizza and a Green Monster Salad on the side!

Wednesday - Ginger Scallion Chicken Bowls for the win! While you're whipping these up, make some Shishito Peppers too for a side dish!

Thursday - Home stretch!! It's almost the weekend and to celebrate we're going with Cuban Mojo Chicken Thighs. I'll throw another Green Monster Salad on the side because it's my favorite salad at the moment!

And Friday night is all about this Lobstah Pasta!! Date night never looked better! If you're not into Lobster, both shrimp and/or crab work great in this dish!

  1. As expected another excellent menu for the week! It’s been in the high 80 to low 90’s here in Minnesota so I won’t have to heat up the oven. True though—I cook almost everything on the grill in the summer. EVERYTHING! Most of the time it works. Have a great week. Oh I was going to ask you, where did you say your husband bought the thing to make clear ice? ‍⏲ Lol

  2. My husband & I made those chicken Kefta wraps & they were outstanding!!! Love this recipe!!! I’m making the banana cream pie parfaits tonight! Excited!!!
