S'mores Bar Party!

Jump to Recipe

First these was the Bruschetta Bar and now there's the S'mores Bar! Who knows what's coming next, but I'm feeling pretty good about all these party ideas.

S'mores are the quintessential summer dessert. They require no baking, just a handful of ingredients, and a group of people to enjoy them. That's my kinda party!!

S'mores Bar

So here's my thing with s'mores... there's nothing wrong with the original, in fact it's pretty awesome, but why not spice things up a bit! We've all seen s'mookies here on WGC and today we're getting all kinds of crazy with a variety of s'mores!

All you need for this kinda party is an assortment of  Graham Crackers, Marshmallows, Chocolate, Dulce de Leche, Peaches, Bananas. Strawberries and Peanut Butter Cups! Plus you'll need a fire and some sticks to roast the marshmallows on! (Note - I'm not above heating up the chocolate and marshmallows in the microwave if you don't have access to a fire or just want 1 s'more. It's a quick and easy way to satisfy a sweet tooth if time is of the essence!) But if you're throwing a party, fire up that fire pit and let's roast some marshmallows!!

  1. Love the Dulce de Leche. I have to try that. On a camping trip last year, my husband dropped a peanut-butter pretzel into a s'more and we've been adding them to the mix ever since. They add a touch of salt, and a little extra crunch. So yummy.

  2. Okay, now I may have to change the game plan for L's birthday camp out. Was thinking of lugging a carrot cake up to the mountains, then thought of your slutty brownies, now this. Love this idea!

By the way .... where did you get those sticks to roast with?

  3. We live on Cape Cod and have s'mores parties all the time! Love these ideas - our new favorite has been a Ritz cracker with a Recess and a marshmallow!
