If you’re never had The Beyond Meat Burger from the company, Beyond Meat, it’s the first plant-based burger that looks, cooks and tastes like beef, but is made entirely from plants without ANY gluten, soy or GMOs.  It’s totally the real deal! This revolutionary plant-based burger is good for you, it’s good for the planet and it’s freaking delish! My husband is convinced that the below recipe tastes exactly like the one he had at Carl’s Jr.

Being an Arizona girl turned California girl, I naturally gravitate towards burgers that have avocado and tons of flavor and this southwestern rendition does NOT disappoint! Tons of caramelized onions and poblanos, avocado, pico, toasted buns… it’s perfection. So, find yourself some Beyond Burgers, make this over the weekend and thank me later!! Xoxo
