Various ingredients for the Poke Bar
- Steamed White Rice
- Cubed Sashimi-Grade Salmon cut into small cubes
- Cubed Sashimi-Grade Tuna cut into small cubes
- Fried shallots
- Cubed avocado
- Cilantro
- Mandarin wedges
- Edamame
- Shredded Carrots
- Cubed cucumber
- Cubed mango
- Shredded Napa cabbage
- Pickled ginger
- Fried Wonton Strips
For the Soy sauce Dressing
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Place all the ingredients in small bowls and arrange on a large table.
Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing and pour into a bowl.
