Ingredients

pomegranate juice
chilled

ounces
champagne or prosecco
chilled

ounce
St. Germain elderflower liqueur

ounces
sparkling water
chilled
2-3
tablespoons
pomegranate seeds
Garnish with sugared rosemary
Instructions
In one glass, add the pomegranate juice followed by the champagne, St. Germain, sparkling water and top with pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
Try sparkling non-alcoholic wine if you want to cut down on some of the alcohol. You can also vary the flavor of the sparkling water you use.
