Kentucky Lemonade

In honor of the Derby, we’re making a Kentucky Lemonade! Feels like the right move if you’re going to be cheers-ing along at home. And it can easily be prepped ahead.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Florida's Natural Lemonade
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½-⅔ cup Bourbon
  • 6 cups ginger ale
  • additional lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  • In a pitcher, combine the lemonade, mint leaves, and Bourbon, and stir to combine. Muddle the mint leaves if you want. Let sit for an hour for the flavors to meld together.
  • Add ginger ale to the pitcher right before serving.
  • To garish - rim a serving glass with a little honey and dip into sugar and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Notes

Pair with mint juleps for the best horse racing party!
