For the Cream Cheese Salmon Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature for 15 minutes
- 6 ounces smoked salmon, diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion finely diced
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh dill finely chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh chives finely chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons scallions finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 lemon juiced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the Bagel Crisps
- 1 bagel
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 teaspoons Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Slice bagels into thin ⅛ inch slices around the entire bagel, making small chips. Place bagel slices onto a baking sheet
Drizzle olive oil, salt and everything seasoning over the bagels and toss to coat the chips in the olive oil and seasonings
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Allow to cool for a couple minutes on the baking sheet then enjoy with the dip.
