Think caprese but without the cheese! This is my husbands spin on the classic summer dish when he's being super healthy but still wants those flavor tomatoes + avocado!

pitted and cut into wedges

For the dressing

Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the salad on a large serving platter.
Whisk the ingredients for the vinaigrette together. Drizzle over the top and serve
