Ingredients
1
cup
frozen strawberries
½
cup
frozen raspberries
1
banana
1 ⅓
cups
milk of choice
I use my homemade oat milk recipe
½
cup
plain or vanilla yogurt
2
tablespoons
honey or agave
(omit the honey if you're making for a baby under 1, or use the agave)
Instructions
Blend. Serve. Boom.
Notes
If you don't drink it all, you can save it in the fridge. It will separate and need a stir, but it still tastes great!
