Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons unsalted creamy almond butter
  • 1 cup fresh spinach tightly packed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or another milk of your choice
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds or hemp hearts (or use 1 teaspoon of each)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium high speed until fully combined.
  • The smoothie should be bright green and the spinach should be completely blended into the mixture. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

The spinach flavor really isn't noticeable! Adding the chia or hemp adds texture.
