Banana Blueberry Smoothies

This smoothie is loaded with superfoods to get my day off to a great start.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

Instructions

  • Blend until totally smooth and serve immediately

Notes

You can keep leftover smoothie in the fridge. It will separate and need to be shaken but it still tastes great.
