Ingredients

  • 4 six-ounce skinless salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tbsps lemon pepper seasoning
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Pat the salmon filets dry with paper towels. Coat each filet evenly with olive oil, then sprinkle generously with the lemon pepper seasoning. Rub the spices gently all over the filets. Season with salt and pepper, keeping in mind that some seasoning blends already contain salt.
  • Place the seasoned filets in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket without overlapping.
  • Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, checking at the 5 minute mark, until the salmon flakes easily at the thickest part and is cooked to your desired doneness. Carefully remove from the basket and finish with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
