- 7 ounces freshly brewed espresso, cooled
- 8 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces water
- 3 ounces simple syrup
- coffee beans for garnish
Combine the espresso, vodka, water, and simple syrup in a large shaker or mason jar.
Stir well to combine, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until very cold.
When ready to serve, pour one portion at a time into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into chilled martini glasses and garnish with coffee beans if desired.
