Batch Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces freshly brewed espresso, cooled
  • 8 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces water
  • 3 ounces simple syrup
  • coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the espresso, vodka, water, and simple syrup in a large shaker or mason jar.
  • Stir well to combine, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until very cold.
  • When ready to serve, pour one portion at a time into a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into chilled martini glasses and garnish with coffee beans if desired.
