- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds sugar snap peas trimmed
- ½ cup feta crumbled
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat over a grill - or use a grill pan. Add peas and cook until slightly charred, about 2-4 minutes. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until charred on all sides, 3 to 4 minutes more.
Add the chili-garlic sauce and lemon juice and toss to combine. Remove to a platter, add feta, salt and pepper and serve.
