Grease a 12-cup muffin pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Add the milk and egg and stir to combine. Fold in the mozzarella, parm and italian seasoning let sit for 10 minutes.
Divide the batter among the muffin cups. Bake until puffed and golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, parmesan and fresh basil and serve alongside warmed marinara sauce
