2poundsassorted tomatoesheirloom, cherry etc, stemmed and cleaned and sliced
fresh basil
8ouncesburrata cheese
4tablespoonolive oil
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Arrange all the assorted tomatoes on a large serving platter and top with the burrata. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
