Ingredients

  • 2 pounds assorted tomatoes heirloom, cherry etc, stemmed and cleaned and sliced
  • fresh basil
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Arrange all the assorted tomatoes on a large serving platter and top with the burrata. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
