Ingredients

  • 2 pounds strawberries washed and hulled
  • 2 cups heavy cream chilled
  • cup full fat sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar for serving

Instructions

  • Whip the chilled heavy cream in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment for about a minute. Once you hit soft peaks, add the sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue to whisk until the peaks are more firm.
  • Serve immediately with strawberries with a sprinkle of brown sugar on top.
