Buffalo Chicken Dip

If there’s one thing I’m always down for, it’s a cheesy, spicy, ridiculously delicious dip. This Buffalo Chicken Dip is hands down one of the most popular game-day snacks! It's perfect for any gathering or just an excuse to treat yourself!

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Dalkin&Co Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup scallions finely sliced
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, taco seasoning, hot sauce, scallions, and ¾ of the cheese mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe skillet or baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Garnish with extra scallions and serve hot with Tortilla Chips
