Grapefruit Margarita

This grapefruit margarita with a chili lime salted rim is spicy, citrusy, and so refreshing. The perfect summer cocktail with just 5 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces tequila
  • 5 ounces freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 3 ounces freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar
  • splash of sparkling water
  • 2 tablesoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoons Dalkin&Co Chile Lime seasoning

Instructions

  • Combine the flaky sea salt and Chili Lime seasoning on a small plate. Run a juicy lime wedge around the rim of two cocktail glasses. Dip each rim into the Chili Lime Salt mixture until fully coated. Fill glasses with fresh ice and set aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, citrus juice, lime juice, and agave nectar with a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glasses and top with a splash of sparkling water. Sip and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust the amount of salt used on the rim to your preference.
