Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowls with French Vanilla Almond Granola
The base of this one is my current smoothie obsession – a combo of almond milk, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and bananas.

Ingredients
Smoothie Base

cup
unsweetened almond milk
½
cup
frozen strawberries

cup
frozen raspberries
½
cup
frozen blueberries

ripe banana
Toppings:
Cascadian Farms French Vanilla Almond Granola
Shredded Coconut
Fresh Blueberries
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh Mango
Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the smoothie base in a high-powered blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth and thick.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with as much granola as your heart desired and the various fresh fruit.
Serve immediately.
Notes
I love to use the high-powered blender because then I can make this super thick so the toppings sit on the bowl.
