Jump to Recipe

There's something timelessly delightful about the combination of strawberries and cream. The sweetness of ripe, juicy strawberries contrasts perfectly with the smooth, velvety cream, creating a dessert that’s as simple as it is indulgent. This peak summer treat never fails to bring a smile to your face and it's ALMOST like we went to Wimbledon this summer.... but we didn't!

Why I Love This Recipe

I've been a strawberry kid since I was born. My mom would serve strawberries with a sprinkle of sugar for dessert all summer long! We took that up a notch one summer when we went to Wimbledon (hello we're 3 generations of Dalkin's that LOVE tennis) and ate basically strawberries and cream for a week straight. It's always been my go to dessert and it's the perfect way to end a summer meal with quite literally ZERO effort! No baking. No messy kitchen. Just a bowl of strawberries and some prepped whipped cream. Side note: the sour cream is not traditional but absolutely mandatory for peak flavor!
