A quick and easy homemade salad dressing can really pump up any meal. I've been making this Creamy Feta Dressing that you might have seen on Dalkin&Co the last few months and let me tell you, it's the easiest way to jazz up a pile of tomatoes, vegetables, grains, protein etc and make it really special!

Why I Love This Recipe

Creamy feta blended with an Italian inspired seasoning is truly one of the fastest ways to my heart. I'm obsessed with how easy this Creamy Feta Dressing comes together and it keeps in the fridge for about a week. Although, truth be told, I've never had it last more than 4 days because I find myself putting it on EVERYTHING.

I've added Creamy Feta Dressing to some farmers market tomatoes and toss to combine for the perfect salad or side dish. I've used it over a bed of sturdy romaine lettuce to jazz up a chopped salad. I've drizzled it over some chicken and steak on top of a grain bowl. And I've used it to just dip a cucumber in straight out of the fridge because I was starving and needed food STAT. You get the idea. It's majorly versatile and in my quest to arm up with the best homemade salad dressings on the planet, it's the perfect addition.

Ingredients & Substitutions

  • Dalkin&Co Tuscan seasoning - I promise you it's the best Italian inspired seasoning out there and there a few extra additions to it that make it even more savory and delish!
  • Lemon
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Feta - buy the kind that comes either in the brine, or at least whole as a block if you can find it. The pre-crumbled one doesn't pack as much flavor in my opinion.
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

How to Make

Combine all the ingredients for the Creamy Feta Dressing in a blender and blend until smooth if you want it super creamy or blend until just mostly combined if you want it a bit chunkier. Taste and adjust seasonings to your taste.

Store the Creamy Feta Dressing in an air-tight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
