This week is insane on my end! Anyone else feeling the same? We’re get ready for some very exciting new things and I need to be organized more than ever! So let’s get this weeks meal plan ironed out so the week is slightly less stressful!!
Monday – Greek Salad with Salmon – the main course salads are coming out in full force these days and this is one of them!
Tuesday – Cauliflower Rice Veggie Bowls are on the agenda for tonight! Can’t get enough of those instant pot black beans!
Wednesday – We’re celebrating getting through hump day with this Cheesy Baked Gnocchi! It’s mostly vegetarian, leave out the pancetta if you’re veg only! Obviously it goes great with my go-to Green Monster Salad!
Friday night in is all about these Crispy Chicken Thighs with Smashed Peas!
and some Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies for your sweet tooth this week 🙂
and if you want breakfast – I’m all about the soft scramble right now! Breakfast is done in under 5 minutes flat!
