Meal Plan // Week 10

This week is insane on my end! Anyone else feeling the same? We’re launching some BIG things tomorrow and I need to be organized more than ever! So let’s get this weeks meal plan ironed out so the week is slightly less stressful!!

Sunday – I’m kinda feeling a Roasted Chicken tonight with a side of Mexican Corn + Quinoa Salad! That way if there are any leftovers – we can work them into lunches throughout the week!

TuesdayCauliflower Rice Veggie Bowls are on the agenda for tonight!  Can’t get enough of those instant pot black beans!

Wednesday – We’re celebrating getting through hump day with this Cheesy Baked Gnocchi! It’s mostly vegetarian, leave out the pancetta if you’re veg only! Obviously it goes great with my go-to Green Monster Salad!
