Here we go team! Week 38 of meal planning is locked and loaded.
Sunday – Tonight’s dinner is all about Sun Dried Tomato Pasta! It feeds a crowd and it’s freaking delish and you can make it and eat it during all the games if your watching football today. You’ll be pumped about Mondays lunch with this as the leftover shining star. Serve it up with a simple green salad and call it a day.
Monday – Cauliflower Burrito Rice Bowls! These are easily my latest and greatest obsession.
Tuesday – I’m taking it easy with this Asian Chicken Slaw on Tuesday! I’d even suggest making a double batch so you can take it to work for lunches this week.
Wednesday – Arugula Pesto Panzanella Salad is getting us through hump day!
Thursday – Chicken Chili Verde. It’s kinda sort time to start soup/stew season so let’s just jump right in!!
Friday – Korean Meatball Rice Bowls – BRING THEM ON!
For a sweet treat let’s make these White Chocolate Marshmallows Treats!
And for breakfast I’m kinda digging this prep ahead mini frittata situation for breakfasts!
