FAQ's
What is Tahini?
Tahini is made of ground sesame and a staple in many Middle Eastern cuisines. It's thick and you've seen it in its simplest form in many of my recipes for homemade hummus. When you add a few extra pantry staples to tahini, you can create the most incredible tahini sauce. That sauce can be used as a salad dressing, for dipping pita bread or pita chips, adding to roasted veggies or throwing it into a wrap etc. It's wildly versatile and really easy to make.
What is tahini dressing made of?
Tahini dressing only has a few ingredients tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and water. To make Green Tahini Dressing I like adding herbs like cilantro, basil, and parsley.
