Dear Gabby, I've always loved to cook for family and friends. Cooking with love they call it! What I am learning from your recipes though has changed my whole thought process on how to use and combine flavors for unexpected flavor experiences not only for myself but also for my family. I cannot wait to continue trying your recipes. With much gratitude and appreciation!
So I just started a gig a a private chef. It’s only for 2, One has blood cancer and the other heart issues. So creating different menus that are healthy and satisfying. Just curious what types of things you did.

You asked in your first message for my biggest issue. My daughter, for health reasons, has gone gluten free. It is amazing what a workaround this one change does to your menu planning, shopping etc. My sister-in-law gave me one of your recipes and I became a fan. Looking forward to trying many more recipes!
