Our Wedding!

It’s been just over 2 months since Thomas and I got married and we just got our pics back!! I’m so excited to share them with you guys today!! It was the most magical day and I loved every single second of it! There are so many people that went into making the day everything we had hoped it would be – and a HUGE thank you goes out to them for make it so special! Here are few of my favorite details from the wedding…

My Bridal Robe!! Love it :)

Loved my earrings :)

And my Jimmy Choo shoes!

My custom made headband from ban.do!

How cute are my mommy and daddy!! Love them so much!

One of my friends did all the flowers for the wedding! How gorgeous are these parrot tulips that we found at the flower market!! Totes obsessed.

My mom made these tags for our seating chart and then we nailed them into a reclaimed piece of wood for a little rustic DIY touch!!

One of our signature cocktails was a spicy cucumber margarita! I mean we couldn’t have a party without some tequila!

Another little DIY touch – a ring plate made by my mama :)

We had one of our dearest friends marry us :) He was the best!

How pretty are my bridesmaids?!?

Okay time for some crying!! Leave it to me to shed some tears while saying my vows.

And this is what happens when I start talking about my reality TV addiction during my wedding vows. I mean I had to mix in some funny things with all the sappy love stuff, right?!

And it’s official!

We are ready to paaaaaaarty!

We had the worlds most amazing caterers – Whoa Nelly! They made these kick ass appetizers. Pulled Pork Sliders. Mini Grilled Cheeses. Black Bean Tostadas.

And how gorgeous is this crudité platter!! We had them on each table before the dinner service.

First dance time!! As you can see, I ditched my heels early in the night! The dance floor is no place for 5 inch heels :)

Time to get wild!

Me and my HUSBAND!!

How adorbs is my man of honor :)

And we capped off the night with a decadent dessert table and this…. LATE NIGHT GUACAMOLE!!!!!

A big thank you to Karen Wise for the pictures. It’s so much fun to look through the pics and re-live the day all over again! And now I’m going to bake up a storm because guess what… I don’t have to fit into my wedding dress anymore!! yay for the little things :)

  3. Everything looked so down to earth yet sophisticated and modern. Hey – what did you decide to do about a wedding cake? I think awhile back you weren’t too keen on a “traditional” tiered cake. What sweets did you have?

  4. You looked stunning and it was nice to see pictures everything looked wonderful and rustic. I also enjoyed seeing the happines in your Dad and Mom’s faces. Hope you have many years of happines as your parent’s have shared.

    Congratulations again from Tucson.

  5. TFS, I love everything about your wedding…but most of all that infectious smile. Two people never looked so happy. I loved your mom’s touches, your cocktail glasses, OMG those shoes!, and how your personality infused the whole day. I felt like I was there, so cudos to how the photog captured the essence of your event.

    Congrats!!!!

  7. You are adorable. It’s hard not to just love you when you read all your funny commentary. First, you are stunning and glorious on the dance floor without heels (though, the heels were killer). Second, your hubs is darling. And ever since the TV family meeting I adore him too. And finally, late night guacamole for a wedding fete is genius. Triple yah for baking up a storm and no more wedding dress fittings. xxx

  8. As a very lucky guest, we can attest to the deliciousness factor of the food and the gorgeousness of everything (and everyone) on site! It was the most beautiful, well-planned wedding I’ve ever been to. Stunning and understated in every way!
