I've been on the Rosé train for a while now and I'm obsessed. What's not to love about drinking pink wine?! It's a necessity for any summer soiree. Plus it makes you feel extra special when you make a Rosé Sangria.
I've been on a bit of a sangria kick lately. I think it's because there is such an abundance of insanely delicious fruit at the markets right now, I feel compelled to throw all of it into my drink.
I've made sangria a time or two on the blog before, and each one of them is as fantastic as the next. This Strawberry and Peach Rosé Sangria happens to be my current fav for many reasons.
1- Rosé, I'm obsessed. 2- Basil. Basil in cocktails is totally my jam. 3- Peaches. I literally cannot get enough.
Strawberry and Peach Rosé Sangria

- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup brandy
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sliced peaches
- 1 bottle Rosé
- 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 cup chilled club soda or sparkling water
- 10-20 basil leaves
Instructions
- Add the sugar and brandy to a large pitcher and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the fresh fruit, wine and club soda and stir to combine. Add the basil.
- Refrigerate the sangria for at least 6 hours before serving.
- Serve over ice.
I made this last night!! So delicious! Refreshing and light, with that little bit of strawberry sweetness. YUM!! Thank you for sharing this, Gaby!
This look so refreshing and too pretty to drink. I just got your cookbook yesterday and i am so excited!!! I already bookmarked recipes that i will be making for weekend. I will definitely tagging you. Have a great weekend!
I made this last month and it is absolutely delicious. Instead of ice, I used frozen peach and strawberry slices from Trader Joe's freezer section. Yum!
This looks like the perfect drink for the upcoming weekend. Such a beautiful photo, I just want to dive right in!
This looks amazingly delicious, a feast for the eyes too! I have never made sangria before. I was wondering about the club soda — does it stay fizzy for the 6 hours of chilling or should it be added after the 6 hours?
It looks so fresh!
Looks really refreshing! Great flavors.
What brandy did you use?
any brand you like!! I can't remember what I used for this but it was something fairly inexpensive from the market!
This drink looks absolutely fabulous! I can't wait to try it!
Looks great! Q: if you make this and have any left over, can you put it in the fridge for the next day or will it get flat or icky somehow? Would the fruit flavor become more pronounced or would the fruit get gross? Thanks!!
overnight in the fridge would make it even BETTER!
Thank you so much for replying even though I'm a year late to the party! 🙂
This is summer in a glass.
I just had a glass of rose for the first time in ages, but it looked nothing like THIS! Pink perfect summertime in a glass...and that first picture? Just. Plain. Perfect.
I am right there with you - totally digging on the Roses! After spending a summer in France, I began crushing on them in a big away, and they are a summer must at our house. Adding fruit and mixing things up is even better. Gorgeous post!
This looks positively perfect for summer!
Can we please be on a beach in the South of France sipping on this right now? Thanks!
