Why I Love This Recipe

I love any type of condiment. I want to slather every potato in something creamy. I want to dip chips into delightful dips. I want to munch on cucumbers that are doused with something salty. So it should come as so surprise that I love Whipped Feta as it fits the bill for every single scenario I just listed above. To say I'm obsessed would be an understatement.

Ingredients & Substitutions

Mise en place of all ingredients to make whipped feta.
  • Feta preferably in the brine and drained. This is the best quality feta you can buy. Buying the stuff that is pre-crumbled might save you all of 5 seconds, but the quality of flavor is lacking when it's already crumbled. And it's dry. So always opt for the one in the brine and do the crumble yourself if needed! I love snagging the Greek feta from Eataly (random, I know) but the one from Trader Joe's and Athenos are also top notch!
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Lemon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Aleppo Pepper or red pepper flakes
  • Fresh Mint
  • Fresh Parsley
