If you think you've maxed out everything your grill can do, grilled pickles are about to completely change your mind. The grill adds this incredible smoky char to the outside while keeping that signature briny tang intact, and honestly it's one of those snacks I want on the table every single time I fire things up alongside Grilled Shishito Peppers and Grilled Vegetables with Whipped Feta. They come together in minutes, the ingredient list is basically nothing, and once you taste that first crispy, tangy bite you will absolutely wonder why it took you this long to try them. Serve them as a snack, pile them on burgers, or add them to a spread next to Homemade Pimento Cheese Dip for the ultimate crowd-pleaser situation.
