Get ready for your new favorite dinner party menu: Chicken Shawarma Dinner Party Menu!

Why I Love This Menu

Chicken Shawarma is a popular Middle Eastern dish that's traditionally layers and layers of meat on a stick that is cooked vertically. It's an incredibly popular street food and it's been adapted with different spices etc for other parts of the world. (ie: Al Pastor in Mexico) While I am OBSESSED with cooking it on a stick, we're making it in a cast iron skillet for the sake of this dinner party because SHORTCUTS! You could also easily do this on the grill.

Once the meat is taken care of, the rest is easy + knife skills. We've got an insane Green Cabbage Salad that can be prepped ahead. A duo of dips that you can serve with fresh pita, hello Homemade Hummus and Whipped Feta. And some a bright Herby Cucumber Salad plus a Balsamic Roasted Eggplant. It's all very simple and comes together beautifully. Let's get into the Chicken Shawarma Dinner Party Menu!
