I think Sundays were invented specifically for brunching and my favorite thing to cook, for my favorite meal of the week, is…PIZZA!
Before we get into the details of throwing the perfect Pizza Party Brunch, I need to address the fact that pizza at any time of the day is encouraged in my book. I know some people prefer pancakes or waffles for breakfast - but I’m all about something savory! Perhaps I overdosed on double chocolate chip muffins as a kid and ever since I’ve only craved savory foods in the morning. Whatever the reason, it means that Pizza Party Brunches are acceptable and I’m going with it! We’re living guys!! Buckle up.
You need a few things when it comes to pizza party brunching.
1 - a slew of beverages. Duh. Any good brunch comes complete with dranks! 🙂 Palm Breeze keeps it light and refreshing and pairs perfectly with pizza! Plus, all you need to do to prep them is keep it on ice! Or if you’re feeling really generous and want to whip up some cocktails - try making my Sparkling Pineapple Spritz from a few months ago!
2 - a pizza oven is 100 percent encouraged although not mandatory. I’m lucky enough to be best friends with people who have a pizza oven, but when I’m hosting at home, I’ll just whip these all up on the BBQ or in the oven! It will be perfect any way you slice it!
3 - ALL the toppings. Prep a bunch of vegetables, meats, cheeses and add-ons ahead of time. That way everyone can assemble their own pizza toppings and pop them into the oven when the time is right. Here are a few of my favorite pizzas for inspiration: BLT pizza, Breakfast Pizza, Corn + Jalapeño Pizza, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Pea and Prosciutto Pizza and White Pizza with Mushrooms!
4 - A pool is 100 percent appropriate! Gotta swim off those pizza calories later in the day.
5 - A few bites and nibbles before the pizzas get going. I like my brunches to last a few hours, so it’s great to have a few things on hand when people arrive, hand ‘ema drink, and then fire up the pizzas an hour or so into the event.
6 - a handful of your friends! I mean, I’ve been known to throw a brunch just for myself but it’s way more fun when you have your friends helping you eat all your gorgeous food.
And that’s it! Everything you need to put together the ultimate Pizza Party Brunch!

I love all of your recipes and was so excited to see the pizza party as we have a pizza oven, but I don't see any recipes. Am I missing them?
