St. Patrick's Day Irish Nacho Bar

Jump to Recipe

If you're looking for the ultimate way to celebrate March 17th, this St. Patrick's Day Irish Nacho Bar is exactly what your party needs. Think crispy potato slices loaded with all the toppings your heart desires, set up in a totally customizable spread so everyone can build their own plate. I am absolutely obsessed with the bar concept for entertaining because it takes the pressure off the host and lets guests go wild, just like my Nacho Bar or my Family Style Taco Bar. And if you really want to go all out on the Irish side of things, pair this spread with a loaf of Cheddar and Chive Savory Irish Soda Bread on the side for the most festive table you have ever set.

It's a little bit of everything! Sweetpotato Fries, Wedge Fries, Salsa, Sour Cream, Cream, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole and all the cheese! CARBS AND CHEESE. Yes please 🙂

Colorful toppings for a meal

It's everything you could possibly ask for when celebrating St. Patrick's Day - or any other day for that matter 🙂

  1. My wife and I love to entertain and consider ourselves very good "amateur" cooks so this blog is right up our alley !

This creation looks fantastic and like the idea of the assorted french fries.

First time on your blog but will be back !

    Thank you.

  2. This idea made me laugh! I love it! French fries are my favorite. Period. And sweet potato fries are the best version of the french fry! I am loving all of your dip ideas too! Irish nachos, who knew;)

  3. We are not fans of the traditional corn beef and cabbage dishes typical on St Pats Day, but this is definitely right up our alley! adding this to the grocery list. Thanks!
